Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 92star ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the 92star website, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality available at https://92star.cam and its subdomains.

By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager through 92star, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

92star is an English-language online gaming and sports betting platform targeting Pakistani users. We are committed to transparent information and responsible gambling practices. These Terms are written in natural professional English and are designed to be understood without specialist legal training. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the 92star platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, enhanced odds or other incentive offered by 92star, subject to applicable terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
• "Platform" means the 92star website, including all pages, services, betting markets, game content and support infrastructure available thereon.
• "User" means any natural person who accesses, browses or registers an account on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be staked before a withdrawal of associated winnings may be requested.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the 92star Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are a natural person and not a legal entity, trust or other non-individual structure.
2. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. 92star applies strict age-verification controls, and any Account found to belong to a person under the minimum age will be immediately closed with all funds forfeited.
3. You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.
4. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful, and you accept full personal responsibility for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
5. You have not previously been excluded from 92star or had an Account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
6. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or agent of 92star or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of such a person, in relation to gambling activity on the Platform.
7. You are acting on your own behalf and with your own funds — not on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party.

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information when registering an Account. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence and valid contact details. Any material inaccuracy or omission in your registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately. 92star will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 Account Currency

Accounts may be denominated in available currencies as specified in the Platform's cashier at the time of registration. Pakistani Rupee (PKR) may be referenced as a familiar denomination. Currency availability and conversion rates are subject to operator policy.

Identity Verification (KYC)

92star applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. You may be required to complete identity verification at any point, including but not limited to at registration, before a withdrawal is processed or when account activity triggers a review.

5.1 Required Documents

For users in Pakistan, acceptable identity documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a current passport. Proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement) and a selfie or liveness photograph may also be required. The specific documents required are determined by the operator's compliance framework and may vary by account profile.

5.2 Submission Requirements

All verification documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must not transmit identity documents through unencrypted channels, third-party messaging applications, or any medium that has not been explicitly designated as a secure verification channel by 92star.

5.3 Prohibition on Document Falsification

The submission of altered, obscured, forged or otherwise falsified identity documents constitutes fraud and a material breach of these Terms. Any Account found to have submitted fraudulent documents will be permanently closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

5.4 Processing Timelines

92star does not guarantee a specific turnaround time for KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete and satisfactory. Processing may take longer during periods of high demand or where additional documentation is required.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits into your Account are subject to the minimum and maximum limits specified in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change at the operator's discretion.

6.1 Payment Method References

The Platform may reference payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and bank transfers. These references are provided as familiar local context only. 92star does not represent that any named payment provider endorses gambling activity, supports this operator or has confirmed the availability of its services for use on this platform. 6.2 Accepted Funds

• Your Account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Your withdrawal account details must match the name on your verified 92star Account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Your Account must be in good standing — not subject to any active fraud review, dispute or compliance hold.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are defined in the Platform's cashier.

7.2 Processing Timelines

92star does not guarantee specific payout processing windows. Timelines are set by the operator and the chosen payment provider and are subject to variation. Users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar are subject to the same withdrawal processing framework as all other users.

7.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to technical availability. Where this is not possible, an alternative method may be offered at the operator's discretion.

Bonuses & Promotions

92star may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion at the time of offer. The following general provisions apply to all bonuses unless an individual promotion expressly states otherwise.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion specifies a different structure, bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before any withdrawal request will be approved for associated winnings. You must check the specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus before opting in.

8.2 Bonus Eligibility

8.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation. Expiry periods are published in the individual bonus terms.

Any bonus figures referenced in marketing or informational content (such as "up to PKR 10,000" or similar) are illustrative unless confirmed as currently available promotions. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using an Account if you do not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Opening more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using another person's payment credentials, identity documents or personal information in connection with your Account.

• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or bet outcomes.

• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting for bonus purposes, coordinated wagering strategies designed to defeat wagering requirements or the exploitation of promotional terms in bad faith.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 92star Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of 92star or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of 92star.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92star shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses.

In particular, 92star makes no warranty that:

• The Platform will be available at all times, error-free or free from technical interruptions.
• Any specific game RTP (Return to Player) percentage will result in individual user wins.
• Withdrawal processing will be completed within any specific timeframe.
• The Platform is lawful to access from any specific jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Responsible Gambling

92star is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It must not be used as a means of generating income, and users who experience problems with gambling behaviour are encouraged to use the tools and resources available through the Platform.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 92star may withhold or forfeit any balance in the Account, including both deposited funds and bonus amounts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified available balance will be returned to you subject to standard withdrawal processing conditions and after any applicable wagering requirements are met.

Changes to These Terms

92star reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice through the Platform — including, where appropriate, via email to the address registered on your Account. The updated Terms will specify an effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92star holds its operating licence. This does not affect any mandatory legal rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

92star expressly does not claim to operate under the jurisdiction of the Government of Pakistan, the courts of Pakistan or any Pakistani regulatory authority. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own discretion and legal risk. This is not legal advice.
